

Nashville, TN (October 13, 2008) ---- Rock group, Downhere, recently performed at the Presidential Debate, one of the biggest events in Nashville history. Belmont University hosted a block party for the city and attendees from across the nation prior to the debate getting underway. Downhere performed selections from their new CD, Ending Is Beginning, which released September 23rd. The album debuted at #17 on the Current Contemporary Christian Overall Soundscan chart and is receiving rave reviews from such media outlets as CCM, ChristianMusicToday.com, Worship Leader magazine, Christian Retailing, Christian Single, Today’s Christian Woman, HM Magazine, to name a few. “Here I Am,” the first single from the new CD is listed at #5 on both the AC Indicator and the AC Monitored Radio & Records charts.
